Book a 30-Minute Oakville Strategy Call Browse Oakville ListingsWhat you should know first
Calm, fact-based context before we tour anything or list anything.
What working together looks like
My approach is straightforward: a 30-minute strategy call to understand what you are trying to accomplish, a written game-plan, then either a buyer tour calendar or a 21-day listing launch plan. No pressure, no scripts, no surprises. You see commission terms, marketing inclusions, and timelines in writing before any commitment.
The Oakville sub-markets I cover
South Oakville is the lakefront, premium, established market. Central Oakville (Glen Abbey, College Park, Westmount) is family-led with stronger price stability. North Oakville is newer build, family-oriented, and price-sensitive to interest rates. Each behaves differently. I will tell you which one fits before we start touring.
Why CENTURY 21 GREEN REALTY INC.
CENTURY 21 GREEN REALTY INC. gives me access to the broader Halton + GTA agent network, MLS® listings via the CREA DDF, and a brokerage compliance backbone. That matters because real estate is one of the few places where the boring infrastructure protects your money.

The questions buyers and sellers actually ask, answered without spin.
What does an Oakville buyer agent actually do?
A buyer agent represents your interests in property search, showings, offer drafting, conditions, due diligence, and closing coordination. Commission to the buyer agent is typically paid by the seller through the listing brokerage.
Do you work with Oakville sellers exclusively?
No. I work with both buyers and sellers. About half my Halton transactions are buyer-side. I do not "specialize" in one side because Oakville buyer/seller dynamics inform each other.
How fast do you respond?
Same business day for new inquiries, faster during an active offer or live negotiation. Text, email, or call — whichever you prefer.
Are you available evenings and weekends?
Yes, with reasonable hours. Real estate happens when buyers are home from work. I block off weekend showings and offer-night negotiations in advance.
Ready for a calm conversation?
30-minute strategy call, no pressure, no scripts. A written game plan you can take away.
