Up to $500K: 5%. $500K–$1.5M: 5% of first $500K + 10% of remainder. Over $1.5M: 20% minimum. Less than 20% adds default insurance to your mortgage. Plus 1.5–2.5% of price for closing costs.

What’s the difference between Milton, Oakville, and Burlington for first-time buyers?
