Is the 30-minute call really free? Any obligation?
Yes, free. No obligation. The goal is for you to leave with a clearer plan than you arrived with – even if that plan is “wait six months and revisit.” If we’re a fit to work together, we can talk about next steps then; otherwise we shake hands and you’ve still got the plan.
I’m just starting to look. Is it too early to talk?
Most of the best-prepared buyers reach out 3-9 months before they expect to move. Early is exactly the right time. We map down-payment math, pre-approval steps, and shortlist criteria so when the right place lists, you’re ready – not scrambling.
Do you work outside of Halton?
My core focus is Halton (Milton, Oakville, Burlington, Halton Hills including Georgetown and Acton). I also actively help clients in West Mississauga, Brampton, and parts of West Toronto – especially relocation, move-up and investor scenarios. If you’re outside that footprint, I’ll either help directly or refer you to a trusted REALTOR® I’d use myself.
What does it cost a buyer to work with you?
In most Ontario transactions, the seller’s brokerage compensates the buyer’s brokerage out of their proceeds, so the buyer doesn’t pay me directly. Any exceptions are spelled out in writing on the Buyer Representation Agreement before you sign. You will always know the number upfront.
